| Moraler
Moralers are a key component to Dance Marathon. Along with dancers, each moraler will raise $200 for the Children at Children's Miracle Network! At Dance Marathon the moraler's primary goal is to keep their dancers motivated and excited to be at the event. Without the moralers the dancers would not be able to stay motivated the whole 32 hours. Each moraler is given a dancer that they will encourage, motivate, and care for at Dance Marathon! During the event they are there for up to 24 hours (out of the 32 hours total) keeping their dancer motivated by bringing them pick-me-up gifts, giving hugs, and maybe a foot massage! Moralers are many times compared to the nurses at the hospital because they care for their dancer, and they are really the people that make the experience fun! For even more information about being a moraler, check out the handbook, which is on this page! If you would like to be involved in Dance Marathon as a moraler, fill out a moraler registration form, which is available on this page. You can turn in the form, along with any money raised to the Dance Marathon Office (417 Bowen Thompson Student Union). Do you want a friend to be your dancer? Look on the dancer tab to find out what it is all about and have your friend fill out the dancer registration form and register at the same time.
